About the role

  • Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales & Account Management Teams
  • Process accounts receivable related procedures for all new and renewal sales organizational membership
  • Support the team on product development and management
  • Work with sales and account management teams on special projects
  • Download monthly reports on sales and account managers metrics
  • Process membership and data product sales in a timely manner
  • Complete monthly and quarterly commission reports
  • Keep process documentation up to date with changes to processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related field
  • 2 years of experience in related field
  • Experience coordinating and managing multiple projects
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems; previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics is strongly preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
