About the role
- Provide operational and administrative support to the Sales & Account Management Teams
- Process accounts receivable related procedures for all new and renewal sales organizational membership
- Support the team on product development and management
- Work with sales and account management teams on special projects
- Download monthly reports on sales and account managers metrics
- Process membership and data product sales in a timely manner
- Complete monthly and quarterly commission reports
- Keep process documentation up to date with changes to processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related field
- 2 years of experience in related field
- Experience coordinating and managing multiple projects
- Working knowledge of CRM systems; previous experience with Microsoft Dynamics is strongly preferred
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must have a valid driver’s license
