Key responsibilities & impact

Manage technical integrations and provide ongoing technical support
Monitor, analyze, and optimize integrations to meet established targets and KPIs
Investigate and resolve exchange integration issues and discrepancies
Escalate bugs to Engineering and Product Management teams
Create SQL-based internal dashboards and complex reports for business departments and Product Management
Prepare custom reporting API specifications for partners
Perform manual testing of new features and logic changes
Debug and troubleshoot ad display issues on direct and external publishers’ websites across desktop and web environments
Adjust ad formats and styles to improve user experience and profitability
Communicate with partners and internal managers regarding technical issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

Expertise with SQL syntax
Expertise with MongoDB
Expertise with GET and POST requests
Expertise with terminal and command-line tools
Knowledge of Programmatic and oRTB is a plus
Experience with Chrome DevTools and Postman is a plus
Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is a plus
Intermediate English level (B1 or higher)
