About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define the vision for Business Intelligence and build scalable analytics capabilities
Establish a consistent, data-driven operating model
Connect operational and product metrics with financial outcomes
Review and reshape the current Data Science, Business Analytics, and BI functions
Launch a data-driven framework for evaluating new product features
Review the current reporting landscape and build a clear, KPI reporting structure
Support business leaders in cascading KPIs to their teams
Drive a company-wide approach to decision-making based on reliable data

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of progressive experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or Data
5+ years in senior leadership roles (e.g., Head of BI, Director of BI)
Strong leadership experience in Business Intelligence, ideally in a fast-paced digital business
Proven track record of transforming analytics functions into strategic business partners
Deep understanding of performance reporting, KPI design, forecasting, budgeting, and business modeling
Strong cross-functional leadership skills
Experience building scalable reporting frameworks and improving organizational data transparency with tools such as Tableau, Power BI
Experience in adtech, digital advertising, e-commerce, fintech, or other data-rich industries would be an advantage
Willingness to remain hands-on
