About the role

  • Work closely with the team on brainstorming and designing new AI & Automation opportunities
  • Prototype and implement automation solutions using no-code / low-code platforms
  • Explore and apply generative AI capabilities to real business use cases, including creating autonomous agents and scalable solutions
  • Build lightweight scripts (Python/NodeJS + APIs) when no-code tools are insufficient
  • Support internal stakeholders (Business Success Managers, Operations, Product teams) by translating recurring tasks into automated workflows
  • Document workflows, create best practice playbooks, and ensure adoption across teams
  • Monitor and maintain implemented automations, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in process automation, operations, or solution engineering roles
  • Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, n8n)
  • Practical exposure to AI/LLM-powered tools and workflow integrations
  • Ability to independently scope, design, and deliver automation solutions from concept to deployment
  • Translate business requirements into scalable workflows and AI solutions
  • Integrate complex tool stacks (CRM, BI dashboards, task/project management systems, collaboration platforms)
  • Prepare, test, and maintain custom GPTs and AI agents to boost team performance in routine processes
  • Search for existing market solutions that fill the gaps in the process workflow
  • Possess a knowledge of advanced generative AI concepts (prompt engineering techniques, model fine-tuning, evaluation, tool/function calling, MCP)
  • Agents concept and when to use them
  • Best practices in workflow monitoring, governance, and scaling automations.
  • Fundamentals of Python/NodeJS scripting and APIs for custom integrations
  • Fundamentals of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Upper-intermediate English level
  • Will be a plus: Experience with AdTech/MarTech
  • Designing and implementing cross-platform workflows involving multiple data sources and communication tools (e.g. Slack, Google Suite, Hubspot)
  • Developing and deploying AI-powered solutions (chatbots, task assistants, sales/marketing automations)
  • Designing Agents with Langchain / Langgraph
