About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct negotiations and bring on board Tier 2 publishers in the US
- Negotiate the potential terms of partnership on different position levels
- Establish good business connections with potential clients
- Participate in real-time meetings and discuss different models of business scenarios with publishers
- Close deals with publishers on attractive terms for the company
- Use different sales approaches
- Closely collaborate with the Publisher Success team and Demand Sales team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in AdTech (Publisher growth and/or acquisition preferred)
- Ability to use HubSpot and perform massive outreach
- Knowledge of HubSpot and outreach tools
- Experience with outreach to publishers and setting up meetings
- Good understanding of publisher needs (monetization, engagement, UX, insights)
- Strong network with publishers and ability to negotiate complex deals
- Programmatic media and native ads knowledge
- Track record of excellent performance in B2B sales
