About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct negotiations and bring on board Tier 2 publishers in the US
  • Negotiate the potential terms of partnership on different position levels
  • Establish good business connections with potential clients
  • Participate in real-time meetings and discuss different models of business scenarios with publishers
  • Close deals with publishers on attractive terms for the company
  • Use different sales approaches
  • Closely collaborate with the Publisher Success team and Demand Sales team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2+ years of experience in AdTech (Publisher growth and/or acquisition preferred)
  • Ability to use HubSpot and perform massive outreach
  • Knowledge of HubSpot and outreach tools
  • Experience with outreach to publishers and setting up meetings
  • Good understanding of publisher needs (monetization, engagement, UX, insights)
  • Strong network with publishers and ability to negotiate complex deals
  • Programmatic media and native ads knowledge
  • Track record of excellent performance in B2B sales
