About the role

  • Audit the current GAM (MCM) setup: ad units, line item structures, dynamic floors, key-values
  • Review the demand stack: Open Bidding, Prebid, SSPs, header bidding
  • Identify optimization opportunities: floor pricing, ad refreshes, placements, latency, viewability
  • Provide an actionable roadmap and training for the internal AdOps team
  • Engagement: initial audit project (2–4 weeks) with optional short-term retainer for implementation support
  • Compensation: project-based or hourly under discussion
  • Remote (Europe-based preferred); location listed as Barcelona, Catalunya, Spain

Requirements

  • 5+ years in publisher AdOps / yield management
  • Hands-on with large GAM MCM accounts (500+ sites, $5M+ annual rev)
  • Strong experience in Prebid, Open Bidding, and SSP integrations
  • Data-driven (SQL/BigQuery, GAM reporting)
