About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform thorough evaluations and deliver evidence-based treatment plans focused on sensory processing, ADLs, and neuromotor development
- Educate and collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure therapeutic carryover beyond each visit
- Work alongside Physical Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Nursing staff, and physicians to provide coordinated, holistic care
- Utilize MGA’s streamlined point-of-care EHR system to reduce administrative burden and maximize patient-focused time
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program
- Active Colorado Occupational Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain via DORA)
- Current NBCOT certification and BLS/CPR
- Pediatric experience preferred; robust onboarding and training available for motivated clinicians new to pediatrics
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset
