• Design, develop, and maintain the training curriculum and knowledge resources for TM App Teachers and TM Teachers and national offices
• Build and maintain training courses, help centers, and training materials
• Support national offices through onboarding, helping stakeholders stay aligned and self-sufficient
• Write presentation scripts and produce/record training videos
• Own and maintain help center content for both audiences
• Update training materials alongside product releases
• Support national offices adopting MFI tools
• Own teacher communications for the app-teacher audience
• Build relationships and trust with a multicultural group of national stakeholders
