About the role

  • - Design, update, and rebrand marketing collateral (brochures, inserts, flyers, posters, etc.) in line with existing brand standards.
  • - Conceptualize and produce new print and digital marketing materials to support campaigns, events, and community initiatives.
  • - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to prioritize and execute creative projects.
  • - Coordinate with vendors and printers for production, proofing, and delivery of marketing materials.
  • - Ensure design consistency across all printed and digital touchpoints.
  • - Support social media content planning and execution in collaboration with community teams.
  • - Assist in maintaining brand consistency and tone across digital channels (web, social, email).
  • - Create visual assets for social media, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
  • - Monitor websites and digital listings to identify updates or corrections.
  • - Manage and track marketing and design projects in the project management system (e.g., Asana).
  • - Ensure timely delivery of creative assets by coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendors.
  • - Collect project updates and assist with marketing performance reporting.

Requirements

  • - Bachelor’s degree (or in progress) in **Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications**, or a related field.
  • - **2+ years of experience** in marketing coordination and graphic design.
  • - Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Lightroom); familiarity with **Canva** is a plus.
  • - Strong **copywriting and editing skills**; able to adapt tone for different audiences.
  • - Experience with **social media management** (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • - Knowledge of **project management tools** (Asana or similar).
  • - Experience with **email marketing platforms** (e.g., Mailchimp).
  • - Basic **video editing skills** (Adobe Premiere or Rush) a plus.
  • - Advanced English skills
  • - Prior experience in the **Senior Living or Hospitality industry** is a plus.
