About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop annual, quarterly and monthly CRM and email marketing plans aligned with business goals, including lifecycle mapping, segmentation and content.
  • Work with Marketing staff to maintain accurate status on all active email and marketing projects.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign delivery from concept and content briefing to setup, workflow automation, targeting, QA, and deployment.
  • Utilize CRM data to segment audiences, build personalized journeys (welcome, nurture, drip, etc) and enhance customer experiences.
  • Maintain vendor MSAs and SOWs and work with the marketing team to assess Email and CRM vendor performance on a regular basis. Ensure that Lifespace is receiving full value for the investment it is making.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms to scale programs and improve efficiency.
  • Implement A/B testing and analyze campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.
  • Monitor KPIs, report on ROI and provide insights to optimize future campaigns and strategies.
  • Partner with Sales, IT and Leadership for platform enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Create event landing pages and updates on website as requested.
  • Perform other digital tasks as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. MBA or related graduate degree preferred.
  • Eight to ten years of progressive email and CRM marketing or agency operations experience.
  • Proficiency with major ESPs and CRM platforms.
  • Strong copywriting, design sense and A/B testing skills
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple priorities using effective problem solving/resolution skills and a team focus.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in performance measurement and reporting.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and mobile optimization a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors, and team members.
