About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of three Talent Acquisition Partners through coaching, feedback, and development initiatives
  • Establish performance expectations and monitor productivity and recruiting KPIs
  • Support onboarding and continuous training efforts
  • Act as an escalation point for complex recruiting challenges
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership-level and hard-to-fill positions
  • Partner with hiring leaders to align on candidate profiles and hiring needs
  • Develop sourcing strategies through networking, digital platforms, and proactive outreach
  • Deliver a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
  • Conduct screening and interview quality audits
  • Standardize recruiting best practices and processes
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics, including time-to-fill and time-to-hire
  • Provide reporting, insights, and recommendations to leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including leadership-level hiring
  • Minimum 2+ years leading, mentoring, or supervising recruiters
  • Experience in healthcare, senior living, or multi-site service organizations preferred
  • Experience using AI tools or automation within recruiting workflows
  • Strong experience with ATS platforms and recruiting technologies
  • Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate assessment skills
  • Proven success achieving recruiting KPIs in high-volume or multi-role environments
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
