About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • - Support the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion within established deadlines (10-day close cycle)
  • - Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
  • - Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with US GAAP
  • - Assist in managing accounting operations across multiple entities (supporting 6–7 business units)
  • - Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data
  • - Contribute to process improvements and efficiencies within the accounting function

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • - Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
  • - Proven experience working with US companies and strong knowledge of US GAAP
  • - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Finance Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • - Demonstrated job stability and professional commitment
  • - Experience with ERP systems (Yardi preferred, but not required)
  • **Preferred Experience**
  • - Background in real estate, senior living, hospitality, multi-entity environments, or property accounting
  • - Experience in the restaurant industry is a plus, particularly for candidates with strong customer service and teamwork skills
