About the role
- Lead implementation of key IT projects and drive Agile transformation across the organization.
- Develop and execute complex project plans and oversee release management to ensure timely delivery of value.
- Plan, coordinate, and facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, ART Sync, and Inspect & Adapt events.
- Ensure adherence to SAFe principles and practices throughout the Agile Release Train (ART).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage and prioritize the ART backlog aligned with strategic objectives.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies across teams and ARTs; escalate impediments when necessary.
- Analyze metrics and data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and facilitate retrospectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on ART progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
- Coach and mentor Agile teams and stakeholders in SAFe principles, practices, and mindsets.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize Agile processes and tools to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience as an RTE or Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a SAFe environment.
- SAFe Program Consultant (SPC) certification (SPC 6.0 required).
- SAFe certifications (e.g., RTE, SM) and project/program management (PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) highly desirable.
- Expertise in Azure DevOps (or an equivalent tool) for managing the software development lifecycle.
- Understanding of Azure pipelines or similar tooling for continuous delivery and deployment.
- Understanding software development processes and technologies.
- Advanced English.
- Living in Guadalajara and open to hybrid work.
