About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the integrated planning function for Hestan Culinary
Own the end-to-end demand forecasting process across all channels
Develop and maintain short- and long-term forecasts using historical data, trends, and market insights
Lead a continuous improvement program for forecast accuracy
Own supply planning to ensure product availability while optimizing inventory levels
Manage inventory health, including excess, obsolescence, and stockout risk
Lead the monthly S&OP/IBP process, ensuring alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans
Partner with Marketing and Sales to incorporate promotions and product launches into forecasts
Own and optimize planning tools (ERP, demand planning, supply planning, BI platforms)

Requirements

What you’ll need

8–12+ years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, or integrated business planning
Experience in consumer goods, retail, or eCommerce (durable goods like cookware preferred)
Proven track record leading S&OP/IBP processes
Strong understanding of both forecasting and supply/inventory planning
Experience with planning systems (e.g., SAP IBP, Oracle, Anaplan, NetSuite, or similar)
Demonstrated experience managing and developing teams
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
