About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design and lead the content SEO strategy for our sites, from keyword research to measuring revenue influenced by organic traffic
  • Build and maintain an AI-assisted content workflow: from research and briefing to drafting, E-E-A-T review and scaled content refreshes
  • Optimize for GEO/SEO (Generative Engine / Answer Engine Optimization): get our content cited by Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity and Gemini, and measure that presence
  • Work with internal data at the source: cross-reference Search Console, GA4 and registration/conversion data to find real growth opportunities (not vanity traffic)
  • Automate SEO operations with scripts and AI agents (what works)
  • Specify and validate improvements with developers: write clear technical requirements, review implementations and unblock deliveries
  • Develop tools to add value to the product and maximize user acquisition
  • Other duties inherent to the area.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • AI-first in practice: you already use artificial intelligence in your daily work and know where AI accelerates and where it fails
  • Expert prompt engineering applied to SEO, able to build AI-driven flows and show real examples of what you automated
  • Extensive experience in large-scale content SEO projects (growth of organic traffic and, most importantly, conversion)
  • Solid knowledge of the three pillars: on-page, technical and off-page (including indexing, crawling, rendering and link building)
  • Proficiency with SEO tools (Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.), Google Search Console and GA4, including keyword research, benchmarking and competitor analysis
  • Understands GEO/AEO and semantic SEO: entities, topics, structured data and how content is read by LLMs
  • E-E-A-T and YMYL: knows how to build authority and trust for financial content, a sensitive topic by nature
  • Measurement of results
  • Extensive experience with Google Discover and Google News projects
  • Good knowledge of WordPress and content strategies (the entire process)
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets
  • SEO for YouTube; ASO (App Store Optimization)
  • Familiarity with Claude Code, N8N, GPT and other AI tools
  • Knowledge of product management/product area
  • Experience with financial websites
  • Deep knowledge of WordPress
  • Knowledge of HTML and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of Inbound Marketing
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Data Studio
  • English.
