About the role

  • Work on high-volume civil litigation
  • Handle administrative matters (official letters, Procon proceedings and extrajudicial notices)
  • Manage queues with defined deadlines and volumes to ensure compliance with internal timelines when coordinating with partner teams; handle operational queues requested by law firms (specific performance orders, payments, appeal analysis, inquiries, settlement analysis, and related matters).

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, with clear verbal and written expression
  • Collaborative team player, able to work with partner areas
  • Strong sense of personal accountability
  • Analytical skills, using general portfolio indicators
  • Experience with banking products, especially credit products
  • Experience in high-volume consumer litigation
  • Previous experience working in a financial institution
