About the role
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and models for campaigns and analyses;
- Produce exploratory analyses related to the area’s key metrics;
- Create reports to support CRM and Marketing (Acquisition) decisions;
- Monitor acquisition, engagement, and retention metrics, proposing data-driven improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, Business Administration, or related fields;
- Proactivity, eagerness to learn, and good communication skills;
- Interest in developing a career in data/analytics;
- Knowledge of SQL and Python;
- Familiarity with data tools (Databricks);
- Familiarity with CRM and Marketing (Acquisition) metrics;
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Superset, Power BI, Looker, or Tableau;
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS).
