About the role
- Deliver technical solutions to the Inside Sales Team addressing customers' needs via phone, chat, web, or email
- Serve as a technical advisor to the sales team and collaborate to help them meet and exceed goals
- Recommend business solutions, products, and services based on client needs
- Advise customers on product features, configurations, pricing, and availability
- Research market factors to anticipate customer needs and propose technical solutions
- Assist in the ongoing technical education and development of the broader team
- Establish relationships with customers and manage your own accounts over time
