About the role

  • Improve developer workflows and overall developer experience across Infrastructure Solutions organization
  • Develop automation frameworks and plans for short-, medium-, and long-term improvements
  • Analyze KPIs and agile team metrics to drive data-informed decisions
  • Measure developer happiness using qualitative feedback and quantitative happiness scores
  • Collaborate within Scrum framework and with cross-functional teams to implement tooling and standardize SDLC
  • Provide targeted support, tooling, automation, and streamlined workflows to enhance developer productivity

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional software development experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on Python development, including advanced Object-Oriented Design and Programming
  • Proven ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable, modular, and maintainable software systems
  • Strong experience with unit testing, integration testing, and test-driven development (TDD)
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., pytest)
  • Proficiency with Git and collaborative development workflows (e.g., pull requests, code reviews)
  • Experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django (desirable)
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) (desirable)
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience building applications with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar (desirable)
  • Experience working within a Scrum framework
