- Triage issues with direction from Dell support
- Execute plan of action from Dell Domain Engineer/L3
- Document POA results, logs and service report
- Reseating parts, swap or replace parts, upgrading firmware as needed
- Sever testing and validation
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Associate's Degree in a technical discipline OR an equivalent combination of professional experience and education
- Experience delivering technical Field Services supporting hardware and software at client sites
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs waist high to replace components on the server stacks
