Monitor and influence global product energy regulations & standards across the Dell Technologies product portfolio
Coordinate the documentation and communication of regulatory requirements to product teams and stakeholders
Engage external regulatory agencies and standards bodies
Drive Dell influence objectives into the product energy regulations and standards
Conduct periodic reviews with leadership to ensure regulatory influence objectives are being met
Utilize relevant project management tools, systems, and applications
Maintain positive working relationships with peers, managers, and executives
Regularly review business factors associated with product energy programs

12+ years of experience in engineering
Strong leadership skills, organizing, and planning skills and demonstrate attentiveness to quality and productivity
Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Analytical, problem solving, and priority setting skill; initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment
Facilitation skills to lead meetings and achieve consensus with multi-stakeholder groups inside and outside the company; Ability to build effective teams, lead extended teams, and meet deadlines
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar field
Experience in energy and standards regulations
