About the role
- Perform work at a Dell Federal Department of Defense Customer location.
- Provide technical support and coordinate tasks and schedules for system integration work.
- Setup, configure, maintain, and secure computing systems used in test environments—particularly those handling classified, sensitive, or real-time mission data.
- Provide technical and consultative guidance to help the customer increase operational efficiencies.
Requirements
- US Citizen
- Possess active Top Secret Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance
- Possess CompTIA Security+ certification
- Typically requires 5+ years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3+ years with a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent experience
- Strong trouble-shooting skills and adept verbal and written skills for document processes for the customer
