About the role

  • Lead the establishment of program governance
  • Oversee projects in his/her portfolio and lead project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Establish and manage RAID, change control, and communication of status to both Customer and Dell Technologies Leadership
  • Acts as role model, provides feedback and coaching to team members
  • Create ownership by ensuring awareness and understanding of the charter, the end-state vision, and the roadmap for moving from the current state to the future state

Requirements

  • 15+ years of successive growth in leadership of projects, programs, consulting
  • Mastery of Program and Project Delivery methods
  • Successful track record in complex IT services delivery program management (multi-customer, multi-site, multi-project, multi-year)
  • Demonstrated mastery of operating in complex, matrix environment
  • Experience in managing regionally distributed groups
  • Previous experience operating in a global environment
  • Self-motivated, hands on approach
  • Ability to work comfortably and effectively with multiple levels of management across many cross-functional teams
