About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and win new business opportunities with converter customers
  • Build and manage a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities through disciplined prospecting
  • Develop strategic account plans for target customers
  • Drive conversion opportunities from initial contact to close
  • Conduct regular in-person and virtual customer meetings
  • Document activity in CRM, managing contacts and opportunities
  • Provide clear forecasting on account growth to Sales Management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven success in a hunter-style sales role
  • Strong track record of developing pipeline and winning new business
  • Experience in selling to converter customers or related paperboard markets is strongly preferred
  • Strong commercial skills in opportunity qualification and value-based selling
  • Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills
  • A bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Confidence in working with CRM tools
  • Readiness to travel 50-75%
