Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative capabilities under guidance from senior team members.
Contribute to the design and implementation of Salesforce features that meet business and technical requirements.
Build and maintain integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware platforms.
Implement data models, security controls, and role-based access configurations as directed.
Follow established development standards, code quality practices, and CI/CD processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and user-reported problems across development and test environments.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality and technical skills.
Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and support compliance efforts.

Requirements

Must have DoD Secret Clearance
Bachelors degree
5+ years of Salesforce development experience
Hands-on experience developing with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce declarative tools.
Understanding of Salesforce fundamentals including object relationships, security models, and the Lightning platform.
Ability to write clean, maintainable code and follow established development standards.
