Design scalable data models, oversee data migration activities, and ensure data quality and governance within Salesforce solutions.
Enforce security best practices and compliance standards throughout all architectural and integration work.
Mentor and provide technical direction to developers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence.
Work closely with business stakeholders to align Salesforce architecture and integration initiatives with organizational goals.
Develop and maintain clear technical documentation for architectural decisions, integration patterns, and custom development.
Stay current with Salesforce and Experience Cloud best practices, new features, and industry trends.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Platform Developer II (required)
7+ years of experience leading technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Technical Architect, including architecture, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integrations
Demonstrated experience in:
Salesforce architecture and platform development
Apex development, triggers, and custom logic
Lightning Web Components and Visualforce
Integration design and implementation (REST/SOAP APIs, ETL)
