Marketing Operations

• Own the martech stack: Administer and optimize HubSpot, Clay, and other core tools. Evaluate, select, and implement new technologies as needs evolve.
• Build and maintain attribution models: Design multi-touch attribution frameworks and dashboards that track marketing's influence across long sales cycles.
• Operationalize ABM infrastructure: Partner with Demand Gen to create TAM lists, build processes for identifying new ICP accounts, and support account-based campaigns.
• Ensure campaign excellence: Own UTM frameworks, tracking templates, and campaign setup to maintain consistency and measurement across all channels.
• Maintain data governance: Monitor database health, manage segmentation and deduplication, and ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance. Work with Finance and Legal on privacy policies and cookie banners.
• Track budget and ROI: Partner with Finance and Marketing leadership to connect spend to outcomes and provide clear ROI reporting on all programs.
• Build lead scoring, enrichment, and lifecycle operations: Evolve our basic lead scoring into a sophisticated model. Own enrichment workflows, ensuring fit, intent, and engagement data surface the right accounts at the right time. Support backend operations for lifecycle marketing.

Marketing Operations Manager

Technical Account Manager

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned strategic accounts, building deep understanding of each client’s billing architecture, revenue models, and business objectives
• Partner with a Strategic Account Manager to support long term success of an account, including contributing to business reviews highlighting platform value, adoption metrics, and optimization opportunities
• Lead technical discovery and scoping for complex implementation projects, including our client’s new product launches, third party implementations, and custom billing workflows
• Provide hands-on technical guidance on API usage, data export modeling, and platform configuration best practices
• Act as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales, Account Management), translating requirements into actionable feedback
• Develop trusted advisor relationships with technical decision-makers and Engineering/Accounting/RevOps/Finance leaders at your accounts
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities and provide technical validation and scoping support for growth conversations
• Create account-specific enablement materials including technical training, integration guides, and best practice documentation
• Champion customer success by anticipating needs, removing technical blockers, and ensuring timely resolution of complex issues

Frontend Engineer

• Design and build impactful features: develop complex, full-stack features across backend and frontend
• Partner with other engineering teams, designers, product managers, and GTM teams to define product strategy and deliver from concept to implementation
• Mentor and grow teammates by sharing knowledge and learning from others
• Craft billing solutions for self-serve and enterprise customers, unlocking insights from usage data and delivering user experiences through APIs and UI
• Work within a cross-functional Squad to deliver specific mission

Frontend Architect

Business Operations

• Report to the Head of Business Operations and partner across the business to drive clarity, alignment, and results
• Lead ongoing performance tracking and reporting to provide visibility into company health, ensuring data accuracy and accountability for department leads
• Partner with Finance on monthly business reviews and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) driving OKRs and KPIs tracking and alignment across teams
• Manage internal communications, including all-hands planning and cascading performance updates
• Analyze and solve operational problems within the business
• Conduct market research and analysis to support partnerships strategy and new initiatives
• Drive high-visibility projects such as company all-hands and executive offsites
• Surface key issues across the business and help drive resolutions
• Keep the organization aligned and informed on priorities, goals, and outcomes

Technical Recruiter

• Build and own sourcing strategies across all of Engineering, Product, and Design
• Partner closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical leadership to understand business priorities and define ideal candidate profiles
• Develop proactive pipelines of senior engineers, technical leaders, and niche specialists through outreach, talent mapping, and networking
• Drive inclusive, innovative sourcing approaches to expand reach and strengthen candidate diversity
• Represent Metronome externally through thoughtful outreach, events, and candidate engagement
• Track pipeline performance and sourcing metrics to optimize strategy and effectiveness
• Contribute to building scalable sourcing processes, tools, and best practices as we grow
