About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities within your assigned territory or vertical
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover customer needs and deliver tailored solutions
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution and onboarding
  • Leverage data and insights from Salesforce to inform your sales approach
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in Salesforce
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth implementation and customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive, fast-paced environment
  • Participate in regular Individual Business Meetings with your Sales Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or technology
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license required; travel may be required based on territory
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
