Full-stack Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable full-stack applications using NodeJS and TypeScript.
• Architect efficient and maintainable solutions using modern design patterns (e.g., MVC, dependency injection, factory, repository).
• Build and optimize relational databases (SQL) and non-relational databases (NoSQL) to ensure high performance and scalability.
• Develop intuitive and responsive user interfaces using frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Implement frontend design patterns and state management to ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate business needs and designs into functional, interactive features.

Software Engineer

• Contribute and execute our strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and expand Metrikflow’s presence in target markets.
• Own and optimize the lead generation process, working closely with Marketing to enhance inbound and outbound sales strategies.
• Drive business development efforts, identifying new market opportunities and key accounts to target.
• Establish and refine best practices for outreach, lead qualification, and conversion, leveraging multi-channel engagement (email, LinkedIn, calls, events, etc.).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging, improve campaign effectiveness, and ensure alignment with market needs.
• Own and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups through the CRM system.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, negotiating and closing high-value deals.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies and maintain Metrikflow’s competitive advantage.
• Continuously optimize the sales process, leveraging data-driven insights to improve performance and efficiency.

• Identify and prospect potential clients in target markets using outbound and inbound strategies.
• Manage and qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns, webinars, and events.
• Conduct outreach through multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, other channels) to generate interest in Metrikflow’s solutions.
• Be creative and iterate quickly on growth strategies for lead generation.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Product team to provide feedback on campaigns, lead quality and messaging effectiveness.
