Account Executive, EMEA, UK market

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify and engage potential clients in the UK market and EMEA
- Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing
- Generate new business through outbound prospecting
- Qualify and convert interested prospects into demos and active trials
- Deliver consultative demos tailored to specific pain points
- Maintain updated CRM records, monitor performance metrics
- Build and nurture client relationships through proactive follow-ups
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 years of previous experience in sales or business development roles (inbound + outbound)
- Knowledge of the UK market
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is highly valued
- Fluent (written and verbal) in Spanish and English
- Advanced experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
- Proven track record of generating business through cold prospecting
- Comfortable working with sales targets, conversion rates, and MRR metrics
- Understanding of social media tools, digital agencies, or SaaS business models is a plus
- Comfortable adopting new tools (automation, AI assistants, or enrichment platforms)
