About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify and engage potential clients in the UK market and EMEA
  • Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to closing
  • Generate new business through outbound prospecting
  • Qualify and convert interested prospects into demos and active trials
  • Deliver consultative demos tailored to specific pain points
  • Maintain updated CRM records, monitor performance metrics
  • Build and nurture client relationships through proactive follow-ups
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years of previous experience in sales or business development roles (inbound + outbound)
  • Knowledge of the UK market
  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field is highly valued
  • Fluent (written and verbal) in Spanish and English
  • Advanced experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar
  • Proven track record of generating business through cold prospecting
  • Comfortable working with sales targets, conversion rates, and MRR metrics
  • Understanding of social media tools, digital agencies, or SaaS business models is a plus
  • Comfortable adopting new tools (automation, AI assistants, or enrichment platforms)
