About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and lead Metrc’s end-to-end release management process
Establish release governance standards in collaboration with Engineering, QA, and Product
Act as the primary release coordinator across Product, Engineering, QA, Support, and GTM teams
Own the full spectrum of release communications
Collaborate with the Head of Quality to align the release process with QA standards
Track and analyze release health metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in release management or technical program management within a SaaS or software product environment
Advanced proficiency with Jira
Solid understanding of software development lifecycles
Proven ability to manage complex, multi-team release schedules
Excellent written communication skills
Strong self-direction and organizational skills
Experience in regulated, compliance-driven, or government-adjacent industries
