Key responsibilities & impact- Provide enterprise implementation, maintenance, and user support
- Interact with IT groups and clinical departments
- Support customers onsite and through phone/screen sharing
- Assist in monitoring the Imaging Team Help Desk queue
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associates Degree required
- Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Computer Sciences preferred
- 5-7 years of related experience required
- Technical Degree or Diploma preferred
- Knowledge of PACS workflow and experience supporting IT
