About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop customized recruitment strategies
  • Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-caliber candidates
  • Consult and collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR Leaders on recruitment strategies
  • Guide candidates through the offer process
  • Manage the recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to first day of employment
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Review resumes and screen candidates for hiring leaders
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs
  • Utilize data and analytics to improve recruitment processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (required)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources (preferred)
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (preferred)
  • 1-3 years of Recruitment experience (required)
  • 1-3 years of Human Resources experience (preferred)
  • 5 years of relevant recruitment experience in lieu of education and experience requirement (substitution allowed)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Systems including Outlook, Word, Teams, and Excel
  • Familiarity with human resources & talent acquisition systems to track and manage candidate pipelines
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology and roles
  • Ability to manage a high volume of applicants and job requisitions
  • Demonstrates strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Time management and high-volume transactional efficiency with candidates, job offers, and requisitions
