About the role
- Plan, execute and finalize submetering projects for Metergy Solutions.
- This includes resource management, planning, design, approval and procurement of materials.
- The Project Manager will define the project’s objectives, timeline and oversee quality control and regulatory requirements throughout the projects life cycle.
- You possess a balance of technical, interpersonal, and communication skills which enables you to effectively develop and implement solutions for your clients. You are motivated, organized, and take ownership.
Requirements
- Engineering Degree from a 4-5 year program at a recognized University
- Possess excellent planning, organization, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems found within a high-rise building is considered an asset
- Experience with the submetering industry is considered an asset
- Experience with energy management and/or energy consulting is considered an asset
- A strong understanding of health and safety on construction site(s) and around electrical equipment.
- Working knowledge of the Ontario Health and Safety Act
- A Valid Ontario driver’s license and have access to a vehicle
