About the role
- You take things to the next level with a systematic approach.
- You understand what partners need during the scaling phase and develop reproducible offerings that also work for other partners.
- You support partners by offering interactive training sessions.
- You contribute to the planning of marketing activities.
- In regular check-ins you evaluate past performance together with them.
Requirements
- Ideally a degree in one of the following fields: Business, Energy, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- You bring experience in Customer Success, Partner Management, and Event Management
- You are highly organized and keep track of what your partners need
- You enjoy building partnerships based on mutual respect
- You like helping others to be successful
- Confident user of Google Workspace & Slack.
