About the role

  • You build and maintain our central CRM and funnel setup and ensure smooth collaboration between Marketing and Sales.
  • Your work shapes the entire lead journey — from the first interaction to handover to Sales.
  • Build, maintain and evolve our HubSpot setup.
  • Create and optimize automated workflows for lead nurturing, qualification and follow-ups.
  • Set up lifecycle stages, lead scoring models and clear handover criteria to Sales.
  • Ensure a clean data model and high data quality.
  • Design and optimize lead flows, including Heyflow → HubSpot integration.
  • Analyze and improve the UX across the entire funnel and lead journey.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Tech to implement new funnel features.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the funnel and derive concrete measures to increase conversion rates.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports in HubSpot.
  • Analyze the performance of all funnel stages and derive actionable recommendations.
  • Design tracking and coordinate with Tech for clean events, properties and attribution.
  • Collaborate closely with the Tech team for integrations, tracking and automations.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to continuously improve lead flows, handovers and processes.
  • Support new tool integrations and technical developments around the CRM.

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of experience in CRM, funnel or marketing automation
  • Very good knowledge of HubSpot (workflows, properties, lead scoring, lifecycle, reporting)
  • Experience with lead nurturing sequences, automated funnels and sales processes
  • Basic understanding of tracking, integrations and API-based connections
  • Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working and enjoyment in building clean, scalable systems
  • You design clear customer journeys and pragmatically bring ideas into implementation.
