About the role

  • Independently develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to optimally position our company and products.
  • Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels — online and offline.
  • Organize and execute trade show appearances to strengthen our presence and establish new business contacts.
  • Optimize the customer journey through targeted marketing activities that engage both digitally and offline.
  • Contribute to cross-channel cross-selling strategies to maximize the potential of our products and services.
  • Support targeted outreach and activation of tenants within our projects.
  • Work closely with our Sales and Partner teams to generate leads and foster long-term customer relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and provide regular reporting for continuous improvement and adaptation of our marketing activities.
  • Creative freedom to contribute innovative ideas and bring fresh impulses to the marketing function.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the energy sector or a related field.
  • Proven success in developing and implementing marketing campaigns.
  • Creativity and strategic thinking combined with a strong understanding of target audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, analytics, social media management).
  • Ability to work independently, proactivity, and a strong interest in sustainability topics.
