About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deliver the best firewall, routing, and SD-WAN solution on the market
Work on features for firewall such as Site-to-Site VPN, ACLs, BGP over WAN
Collaborate with firewall firmware engineers to design features
Organize requests from support team and triage bugs found by QE team
Join QBR calls with customers and plan weekly roadmap
Collaborate with backend team building APIs, frontend team building Dashboard
Ensure releases are exceptionally stable and easy to deploy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Built products in the enterprise security or networking industry
Deep understanding of IT administrators and network engineers use products
Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to absorb information quickly and learn fast
Experience with architecture, feature velocity, team collaboration, and product quality
Must be able to work from San Francisco office three days per week
Experience managing firewall policies across thousands of devices in critical environments.
