Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the development of hardware from concept through mass production
Own execution of complex programs and align cross-functional teams
Ensure every detail is thoughtfully planned and delivered
Work closely with internal teams and JDM partners on product translation
Propel proactive problem-solving and identify risks early
Sync with operations teams for scalability and manufacturing readiness
Collaborate on design reviews and validation plans
Travel to Taiwan for collaboration with manufacturing teams

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field
Understanding of hardware development process (design, bring-up, validation, and manufacturing)
Comfortable reading schematics and discussing system architecture
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Experience working with external partners (JDM/suppliers/vendors)
