About the role
- Own the systems, partnerships, and day-to-day execution for in-building cellular coverage
- Work directly with national carriers and Deployment Operations teams
- Create external partnerships to enhance deployment efficiency
- Review live board and coordinate Cellular deployments
- List and prioritize blockers, communicate go-live updates
- Develop playbooks to standardize deployments
- Drive continuous improvement and root-cause recurring issues
- Travel as needed for site walks and audits
