About the role
- Own the customer-facing fulfillment experience for Meter's Connect product
- Build, implement, and execute frameworks and processes to deliver connectivity at global scale
- Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver white-glove installation experiences
- Partner with offshore fulfillment specialists and identify friction points to improve efficiency
- Build playbooks for repeatable scenarios and standardize installation and validation processes
- Expand international coverage while maintaining quality and speed
