About the role

  • Own the customer-facing fulfillment experience for Meter's Connect product
  • Build, implement, and execute frameworks and processes to deliver connectivity at global scale
  • Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver white-glove installation experiences
  • Partner with offshore fulfillment specialists and identify friction points to improve efficiency
  • Build playbooks for repeatable scenarios and standardize installation and validation processes
  • Expand international coverage while maintaining quality and speed
