About the role

  • Development and implementation of sales strategies to acquire new clients
  • Identification and acquisition of new clients in the areas of EPC, IPP, and development of new markets with a focus on the UK and Scandinavia
  • Sales and consulting of power control, monitoring, and hybrid energy management solutions
  • Developing technical solutions with customers, preparing offers and negotiating contracts
  • Planning and conducting regular customer meetings and roadshows
  • Creating weekly reports and maintaining all relevant projects and customer information in the CRM system
  • Collaborating with the Proposal and Product Management departments; building and maintaining internal networks
  • Representing the company at national and international trade fairs and congresses

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of renewable energies
  • Good ERP and CRM knowledge
  • Business fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and empathy for building relationships
  • Solid sales skills and a problem-solving orientation
  • High willingness to travel
