About the role
- Development and implementation of sales strategies to acquire new clients
- Identification and acquisition of new clients in the areas of EPC, IPP, and development of new markets with a focus on the UK and Scandinavia
- Sales and consulting of power control, monitoring, and hybrid energy management solutions
- Developing technical solutions with customers, preparing offers and negotiating contracts
- Planning and conducting regular customer meetings and roadshows
- Creating weekly reports and maintaining all relevant projects and customer information in the CRM system
- Collaborating with the Proposal and Product Management departments; building and maintaining internal networks
- Representing the company at national and international trade fairs and congresses
Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of renewable energies
- Good ERP and CRM knowledge
- Business fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage
- Strong communication skills and empathy for building relationships
- Solid sales skills and a problem-solving orientation
- High willingness to travel
