About the role
- Plan, develop, and execute paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms
- Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and comply with brand guidelines, best practices, and regulatory requirements
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to optimise results
- Design and implement data-driven testing and research experiments to inform future strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative development and strategic planning for campaigns
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and evolve internal processes for agile campaign delivery
- Prepare and maintain reporting dashboards to provide stakeholders with clear visibility of key performance metrics
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and share best practices with the team and stakeholders
Requirements
- 4+ years’ hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads
- Proficiency in Google tools including GA4, Google Ads, Sheets, and Looker Studio, with a strong understanding of B2C acquisition metrics (leads, conversions, sales, ROAS)
- Self-motivated with a proactive, results-driven approach and strong accountability
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- High attention to detail and a passion for testing, optimisation, and continuous improvement
- Growth mindset with a commitment to ongoing learning and staying ahead of industry trends
