About the role
- Act as the first point of contact for HR queries, providing accurate advice on policies, processes, and systems.
- Manage onboarding, internal movements, and maintain accurate HR records, including generating contracts and documentation.
- HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors) and ticketing systems while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Handle ER cases such as abandonment and PIPs, escalating complex matters to ER or Business Partners.
- Support administration for change initiatives and manage sensitive workforce planning information.
- Generate reports and provide insights to support workforce planning and informed decision-making.
- Develop and maintain knowledge articles, process documentation, and workflows for People Assist (Gen AI tool).
- Work within a centralized team to ensure consistency and alignment across HR pillars and processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience in People & Culture (generalist or functional), with ability to partner effectively with leaders at all levels is a plus!
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with ability to build relationships and influence across multiple levels.
- Skilled in interpreting data to provide insights that inform decisions.
- Experience prioritising deliverables and working to timelines.
- Solid knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and employee relations processes.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors) and ticketing systems is preferred.
- Experience in knowledge management and process documentation is highly regarded.
