About the role

  • Develop and maintain SHE management systems and governance frameworks.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant SHE legislation and standards.
  • Lead audits and assurance programs to monitor SHE performance.
  • Provide expert advice on SHE governance and risk management.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across SHE systems.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to embed SHE governance in operations.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in SHE or related discipline.
  • Extensive experience in SHE systems and governance roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SHE legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead audits and assurance programs.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience driving cultural change and continuous improvement.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and presentation skills.
  • Minimum 8+ years in SHE leadership roles.
