About the role
- Grow our 3 brand store numbers and develop strong retailer relationships
- Conduct business reviews and drive team score improvements
- Maintain call cycles and accurate CRM records
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve customer issues
- Lead regional retailer meetings and gather market intelligence
- Ensure store compliance and assist with refurbishments
- Drive brand compliance and implement store segmentation
- Present TBOM initiatives and support new store inductions
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in retail sales and operations within liquor or FMCG
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- Experience with store planograms and retail math
- High level of customer service and intermediate MS Office skills
- Ability to analyse issues, solve problems, and make sound decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
