About the role
- Review and analyse existing and new/proposed terms, compare versus current terms, category average and identify risks and opportunities
- Communicate findings to key stakeholders
- Load approved Trading Term Agreements into all relevant systems
- Generate reports and data from systems to analyse and complete Supplier account reconciliations where required and raise necessary back claims providing supporting documentation
- Create and maintain vendor master details including payment cycles, bank details and buy period, action Supplier change of ownership and vendor deletion
- Complete Supplier in liquidation, administration & receivership reconciliations and raise necessary supporting documentation for outcome
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce and Microsoft Excel
- High level of numeric accuracy, attention to detail and ability to prioritise
- Analytical and investigative skills
- Relevant qualification in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Business degree/background (desirable)
