About the role
- Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level roles, building strong talent pipelines for critical positions.
- Mentor and support the talent acquisition team (5x TA Partners) fostering a collaborative, proactive, high-performance culture.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand talent needs, succession plans, and lead internal mobility strategies.
- Proactively source and engage top talent using innovative tools and best practices to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and integrate EVP principles throughout the hiring process.
- Be an active member of the Talent Acquisition Community of Practice, contributing new ideas and business updates and ensuring efficiency across our TA teams
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and managing a Talent Acquisition team.
- Prior experience within Retail, FMCG or wholesale industries is highly regarded.
- Strong track record in developing effective recruitment strategies to support growth, attrition and succession planning targets.
- Builds collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team environments.
- Engages stakeholders at all levels and adapts communication style as needed.
- Thrive in fast pace setting, adapt quickly to new priorities and are confident in making decisions.
- Previous experience with SuccessFactors ATS is highly regarded, but not essential.
