About the role

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for senior-level roles, building strong talent pipelines for critical positions.
  • Mentor and support the talent acquisition team (5x TA Partners) fostering a collaborative, proactive, high-performance culture.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand talent needs, succession plans, and lead internal mobility strategies.
  • Proactively source and engage top talent using innovative tools and best practices to enhance candidate and hiring manager experience.
  • Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and integrate EVP principles throughout the hiring process.
  • Be an active member of the Talent Acquisition Community of Practice, contributing new ideas and business updates and ensuring efficiency across our TA teams

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and managing a Talent Acquisition team.
  • Prior experience within Retail, FMCG or wholesale industries is highly regarded.
  • Strong track record in developing effective recruitment strategies to support growth, attrition and succession planning targets.
  • Builds collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team environments.
  • Engages stakeholders at all levels and adapts communication style as needed.
  • Thrive in fast pace setting, adapt quickly to new priorities and are confident in making decisions.
  • Previous experience with SuccessFactors ATS is highly regarded, but not essential.
