About the role

  • Generate opportunities, close new clients, and help design scalable growth strategies
  • Work directly with the founders, playing an active role in the company’s growth
  • Generate and manage new business opportunities
  • Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients
  • Present product demos and close deals
  • Build relationships with universities, organizations, and partners
  • Identify potential international distributors or strategic partners
  • Test new acquisition channels (outbound, LinkedIn, partnerships, events)

Requirements

  • 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, startups, or growth
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable speaking with clients and leading meetings

  • Curious about technology (AI, VR, SaaS)
  • Preferred: experience in early-stage startups
  • Experience in B2B SaaS sales
  • Experience in EdTech, healthcare, or vocational training
  • Experience managing digital campaigns or growth experiments
