About the role
- Generate opportunities, close new clients, and help design scalable growth strategies
- Work directly with the founders, playing an active role in the company’s growth
- Generate and manage new business opportunities
- Conduct discovery calls with prospective clients
- Present product demos and close deals
- Build relationships with universities, organizations, and partners
- Identify potential international distributors or strategic partners
- Test new acquisition channels (outbound, LinkedIn, partnerships, events)
- Help design and refine sales messaging and positioning
- Collaborate on marketing campaigns and growth experiments
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, startups, or growth
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable speaking with clients and leading meetings
- Proactive and autonomous
- Curious about technology (AI, VR, SaaS)
- Preferred: experience in early-stage startups
- Experience in B2B SaaS sales
- Experience in EdTech, healthcare, or vocational training
- Experience managing digital campaigns or growth experiments
