Own the vision and roadmap for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport
Define how a reusable identity layer unlocks the broader MetaMask product stack
Build the underlying identity platform, creating scalable verification primitives and standards
Design a seamless, low-friction KYC experience
Drive adoption across MetaMask by partnering closely with internal teams
Lead execution end-to-end, aligning cross-functional teams and delivering measurable outcomes.

What you’ll need

Proven experience building or scaling identity verification (IDV), KYC, or onboarding products
Strong background in fintech, ideally with exposure to Web3
Hands-on experience working with identity verification providers (IDV vendors) such as Sumsub, Veriff, Onfido, Persona, or Stripe Identity
Familiarity with compliance workflows, including KYC, KYB, and customer due diligence (CDD) processes
Track record of delivering platform products adopted across multiple teams
Ability to operate across both technical systems and user experience.
